At this time, we only offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International locations outside the U.S.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
The total time to receive your order includes both the time to prepare and pack your order, and the transit time once it leaves our warehouse. While we strive for accuracy, delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional handling time. Depending on the complexity of your request, please allow up to 3–7 extra business days before shipment.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
We strongly advise reviewing your shipping information before placing your order. lalanalgene is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages lost or delayed due to address errors
- Changes requested after the order has shipped
If your package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it for you—however, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost.

If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@lalanalgene.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and assist with a solution.
Please note that if a package is lost due to incorrect address or theft after delivery confirmation, we cannot issue a refund or reshipment without further investigation.
